7IM’s results reveals £20m impact of acquisition

7IM has posted its annual results, revealing that £20m of its revenue comes from London IFA Partners Wealth Management, a firm which 7IM acquired in 2020.

The London-based firm published a pre-tax profit that had increased 83 percent since last year, with its 2021 profit at £9.5m compared to £5.2m from last year. Revenue also performed well, with a 31.6 percent increase in 2021 as compared to 2020.

The acquisition of Partners Wealth Management had a significant chunk of revenue compared to its other acquisition, Find a Wealth Manager, which made up less than £1m of 7IM’s revenue.

Dean Proctor, 7IM’s chief executive, said: “Despite all the change and challenges of last year, I’m immensely proud that, as a firm, we have been able to continue to deliver on our strategic initiatives.

“Our focus at 7IM remains the same as when 7IM was first founded 20 years ago – and that is to put our clients’ interests at the heart of everything we do.”
