Ascot Lloyd Bellpenny’s debut acquisition

It has been revealed that Ascot Lloyd Bellpenny have acquired the Leeds-based financial manager Pantheon. This is the first acquisition for ALB since the merger between Ascot Lloyd and Bellpenny which established the £6bn financial adviser last July.
This was concluded based on documents published on Companies House: Nigel Stockton and Matthew Moore, the chief executive and the chief financial officer of ALB, respectively, were appointed as directors of Yorkshire’s Pantheon Financial. Meanwhile, four of the directors of Pantheon have had their employment terminated.
Ascot Lloyd Bellpenny currently has 40,000 clients and over 100 financial advisers. Notably, Mr Stockton commented last year that the merger which created ALB would allow them to purchase “just about anything”.
