Strategic expansion in the South West
Integrity365 has expanded its footprint in the South West through the acquisition of Brooks Wealth Management LLP (BWM), a Bristol-based financial planning firm founded by Jeremy Brooks. The deal, brokered by Gunner & Co., represents an important step in the firm’s regional growth. Moreover, the move reinforces Integrity365’s long-term strategy to partner with culturally aligned businesses.
Founded in 2020, Integrity365 has grown steadily and closed 2025 with £1.5bn in assets under management. In addition, the acquisition strengthens its commitment to working with trusted, family-founded firms that prioritise personalised advice.
A business built on long-term client service
BWM, established in 2006 in Westbury-on-Trym, is known for its personalised and relationship-led approach. Jeremy Brooks founded the firm after a decade with Mazars, aiming to deliver a more tailored and cost-effective service. Consequently, BWM has earned a strong reputation among both personal and corporate clients. The team will continue operating under the Brooks Wealth Management name for now, ensuring smooth continuity for clients.
Integrity365 CEO Matt Goy highlighted the strong cultural alignment between both firms. He noted the shared focus on people-first advice and consistent client service. Furthermore, he emphasised the value of forward-thinking financial planning. “We greatly admire the way Jeremy and Brooks Wealth Management work with their clients and their forward-thinking attitude that financial planning firms need to service client needs and adapt to change in this modern age,” he said.
Shared values driving the decision
Jeremy Brooks commented that Integrity365’s independence and long-term outlook were key factors in the decision. He added that the transition provides his team with the support needed to maintain close client relationships while continuing to grow. “With full trust in the support of the business and the long-term benefits that brings, I can continue to focus on advising clients and building relationships.”
Louise Jeffreys, Managing Director at Gunner & Co., added:
“This acquisition underlines the importance of cultural alignment and long-term continuity in the current consolidation market. Jeremy has built a deeply respected firm, and Integrity365 is a natural home for its next chapter. We are proud to have supported both parties in completing a seamless transaction that reflects how well the buyer and seller complement each other, ensuring client continuity and future growth.”
Continued growth across the Integrity365 group
This acquisition adds to a series of recent transactions completed by Integrity365. As a result, the business has strengthened its adviser base and expanded its regional presence. Recent acquisitions include MRIB Ltd, MacDonald Partnership, Hart Wealth Ltd and Peter Murray Financial Management. Moreover, each deal has reinforced the group’s strategy of supporting high-quality firms across the UK.
