Independent Wealth Planners UK has announced the acquisition of two Midlands-based firms, Donald Wealth Management and Bishop Armstrong Financial Planning.
The acquisitions are part of a significant growth plan for IWP, representing the firm’s ninth and tenth deals of 2020, and significantly bolster its Midlands presence. Both firms will join Alexander Grace, IWP’s regional wealth investment firm.
Donald Wealth Management is based in Sutton Coldfield and has an AUA of £135m.

Bishop Armstrong Financial Planning Ltd is headquartered in Leamington Spa. An established firm, Bishop Armstrong is led by Phil Bishop and combines Wealth Management with comprehensive financial planning. Bishop Armstrong has a total of £46m in AUA.
