Corient, the U.S.-based wealth manager and arm of CI Financial, has announced two landmark acquisitions in the UK — Stonehage Fleming and Stanhope Capital Group.
Together, the deals add $214bn in assets under management, taking Corient’s total to around $430bn and positioning it as the world’s largest non-bank wealth manager.
Stonehage Fleming, a Jersey-based multi-family office overseeing $175bn, and London’s Stanhope Capital, with $40bn in assets, will expand Corient’s reach across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The acquisitions, set to close in the first half of 2026, underline Corient’s global ambitions and strengthen its focus on serving ultra-high-net-worth families worldwide.
