- Tonbridge-based G&D Bignell
- Cardiff-based Wynford Davies & Co
- Carmarthen-based Wheeler Wicks & Co

These acquisitions bring Finli’s total number of acquired firms to 51, with the group now overseeing more than £5bn in assets under advice.
Jon Barham, acquisitions director at Finli, said: “We recently surveyed our financial planners on what was most important to them when considering their succession plan and the reputation of potential acquirers topped the list for 93% of planners.
“We are delighted to welcome a further six firms who have complete trust in our reputation for caring for our clients and helping them live their best financial life. We know it is never just about the money.
“It is a privilege that to-date 51 firms that have worked hard, often over several decades, nurturing client relationships have chosen Finli for those clients.”
In April this year, The Finli Group bought five firms, adding more than £220mn in assets to the firm, included Beaufort Financial Taunton and Simon Brannigan, both in Somerset, Elaine Snow in London, Penny Smith in Merseyside and Lifestyle Financial Choices in Cardiff.
