Iain Lightfoot, Managing Director of Newcastle Financial Advisers Limited, said: “We’re pleased to be able to welcome Keith Dyson Financial Consultancy’s clients to Newcastle Financial Advisers Limited. Over the past 30 years Keith has nurtured a flourishing business and his focus on building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients is one that very much aligns with our own.
“This latest acquisition reflects our continued commitment to providing personalised, trustworthy financial advice that is accessible to all. Keith’s clients will benefit from continued advice and service via our experienced local advisers who are available face-to-face on high streets across Newcastle Building Society’s branch network, and also remotely via video call. Customers will also now benefit from our in-house support team who help our advisers in delivering great advice and providing all important ongoing customer service.”
Keith said: “While other banks and building societies are closing branches, Newcastle Building Society are growing and investing in theirs. For my clients, Newcastle Financial Advisers Limited’s footprint means more locations for them to access in-person financial advice services, and I am confident they will be well looked after under the new ownership.”
