Rosemount Financial Solutions has appointed Christopher Allen Private Clients (CAPC) as an appointed representative, adding another established advice firm to its growing network.

Based in Alcester, Warwickshire, CAPC was established in 2013 and provides mortgage and protection advice, with a particular focus on high-net-worth clients. The boutique firm also works closely with accountancy firms across the UK.

Supporting an established advice business

The appointment forms part of a period of strong growth for Rosemount Financial Solutions. The network welcomed 12 new advisers during the second quarter of 2026, while both Q1 and Q2 delivered record revenues.

For CAPC, the move represents its first network change since the business was established. Director Michael Batchelor said finding the right partner was therefore an important consideration.

He highlighted the support provided by the Rosemount team throughout the transition. The firm was described as proactive and responsive, helping to make what could have been a complex process more straightforward.

Rosemount Financial Solutions and adviser support

CAPC also expects the move to strengthen its protection proposition. Access to a wider range of providers and products will support the firm’s work on more complex client cases.

Batchelor also highlighted the opportunity to work closely with an experienced compliance team. For a business dealing with cases outside standard parameters, this additional support was an important factor in choosing a network partner.

A focus on long-term growth

The appointment illustrates how established advice firms can seek additional support while continuing to build their own businesses. For business owners, the right partner needs to align with their ambitions and the way they want to serve clients.

That consideration becomes particularly important when a firm is growing, changing its proposition or planning for the longer term. The structure and support surrounding a business can also become relevant when owners begin considering succession or a future sale.

For CAPC, the priority is now to build on the relationship with Rosemount and continue delivering value to its clients and introducers.

For financial planning business owners, developments such as this also highlight the importance of considering the future structure of a business well before a transition takes place.
