Morris moves across to Lowes

North East Independent Financial Services is joining forces with Newcastle-based Lowes Financial Management.
Founder of North East Independent Financial Services, Chartered Financial Planner Jennifer Morris, has moved across to Lowes and taken her clients as “part of her path to retirement in 2021.”
Following this integration, Lowes will have 15 financial consultants, assets under advice of over £675m and more than 4,000 investment clients.
The 45-year-old firm has been adding to its staff roster recently and boosting its client offerings.
Lowes Financial Management Managing Director Ian Lowes says:: “As we continue to grow one of the biggest challenges I face is ensuring that any new Consultant is able to provide the very highest level of service that our clients have come to expect.  As our key client-facing representatives, it is important we only recruit new Consultants when they meet our strict requirements and are able to demonstrate that they are capable of maintaining our high standards.
“Jennifer impressed us at Lowes and we welcome the opportunity for continuity of service to be provided to her clients by Jennifer joining the Lowes family. I’m open to the opportunity to welcome new advisers and client banks of those wishing to retire, and who want to ensure their clients will be looked after to the highest standards. Such a strategy is a complement to the all-important organic growth that we’re seeing as a business.”
Morris said: “I want to retire in five years’ time, but I want my loyal clients to be looked after property when I leave. I didn’t want to hire someone to take over and so I searched for an Independent Financial Adviser who operated a professional practice, put their clients first and lastly, but importantly, were focused on finding good investments to suit a client’s individual needs.
“Lowes is truly passionate about investments, a culture that really impressed me in my search for a quality home for my clients. The firm’s clients range from young savers to pensioners enjoying income from years of successful planning, knowing that the future inheritance of their estate has been carefully organised. The success of the Lowes approach is evidenced  in the client loyalty they inspire, with subsequent generations of the same families looked after by Lowes.”
