Newell Palmer completed acquisition of Boyack Meeks

The acquisitions are coming thick and fast for Newell Palmer with the completion of Boyack Meeks today.This is the fourth acquisition for Newell Palmer in 2016, including the acquisition of AbacusOne, introduced by Gunner & Co.
Boyack Meeks have been providing advice to clients in Shrewsbury and surrounding areas for more than 30 years. This acquisition marks the latest move by Newell Palmer in their continued growth strategy.
The acquisition of Boyack Meeks adds an additional £6 million of funds under management and 80 active clients who will be serviced by Newell Palmer’s Wolverhampton office.
Wolverhampton-based Newell Palmer has more than quadrupled its FUM in the last five years, growing through acquisition and referrals, with a clear strategic plan.
Speaking about the purchase, Newell Palmer Finance Director, Kevin Homfray, said:
“We’ve all worked incredibly hard to complete these four acquisitions and that is it now for this year, but we do have prospects lined up for early 2017.
“I’m pleased that we have completed with Boyack Meeks and I wish Peter well in his retirement.”
