Old Mutual Wealth has announced the acquisition of Coleman Clough, a Yorkshire-based adviser firm, building their presence in the North of England.
The deal comes about at Roy Clough, business founder, retires from the industry after a handover period. Coleman Clough will add £33M of FUM to Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers, the private client arm of Old Mutual Wealth.

“This is a reputation earned by Roy and we look forward to building on that fantastic work by continuing to deliver above and beyond expectations for clients.”
This is the latest in a swathe of acquisitions by Old Mutual Wealth, who are looking to build hubs in strategic locations in the UK, from which to offer private client advice. Dominic Rose, Regional Director of Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers will be hosting a round table at Gunner & Co.’s London seminar, sharing the companies vision and acquisition proposition.
