The Roberts Partnership is acquired by Brown Shipley

Manchester based financial planning and wealth investment company The Roberts Partnership has been acquired by Brown Shipley. The consideration was not disclosed.
The Roberts Partnership has £450m funds under management and has seven advisers. Once the deal completes in early November, The Roberts Partnership will become a subsidiary of Brown Shipley and will join its Manchester office based in Spinningfields, Hardman Street.
Brown Shipley says that the acquisition is part of their strategy to build and deliver a leading financial advice proposition for its clients. The Roberts Partnership has a national presence with particular expertise in wealth planning.
