Wealth manager Atomos has acquired advice firms Shore Financial Planning and Define Wealth for undisclosed sums.<\/p>\n
Based in Plymouth, Shore Financial Planning was founded by Jon and Alison Treharne. The deal expands Atomos\u2019 presence in the Devon and Cornwall areas.<\/p>\n
Jon Treharne, managing director at Shore Financial Planning, said: “Our business has been built on long-term relationships of trust, and Atomos shares this ethos.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are excited to join a firm with a strong South of England group of offices which is also a modern and progressive business, which matches our values.\u201d<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Define Wealth is based in Reigate, Surrey, set up by Simon Wood-Woolley. Atomos said it expects the two businesses to be integrated by the end of Q1 2024.<\/p>\n
With 15 offices throughout the UK, the acquisition will align with its growth strategy to expand its geographical footprint.<\/p>\n
