Hoxton Capital Management has expanded its reach with the acquisition of two UK-based financial advisory firms: Dudley-based Alpha Financial Services and Guildford-based Bartholomew Financial Planning.

With £80mn worth of assets under management and a strong client base, Alpha Financial Services marks Hoxton’s first office in the West Midlands, while Bartholomew focuses on personalised holistic financial planning.

Karen Bartholomew, managing director of Bartholomew, will remain as an ambassador to oversee the integration of her clients.
