    We will help you identify which additional support you will need to deliver the plan. This may include a specialist accountant, due diligence partner or experienced solicitor.

  • 3. Initial Fact Finding.

    Once you have a strong understanding of your objectives, we can work with you to identify the key differentiators in your business to best position it for sale.

    This is a very important step, where we will use our expertise and market knowledge to build a marketing strategy which will deliver on your objectives.

    Once we have shortlisted potential buyers we will manage the offer process. Here you will receive our guidance on structuring the right deal to meet your objectives, which will cover not only the price paid, but many other key deal term factors. Our role here is essential, managing your expectations and the buyers strategy.

    Upon accepting an offer, we will guide you through each step of the deal process itself, including
