Alex Jeffreys is an Associate M&A Adviser at Gunner & Co., specialising in UK financial services M&A. He works with Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) business owners on succession planning, business valuation, and guiding them through the sale of their business from detailed research through to completion.

Taking a consultative and relationship-led approach, Alex supports vendors throughout the core execution phase of the deal process, from researching and positioning opportunities through to buyer engagement, negotiation and completion. He helps clients understand buyer demand, market conditions, and the key drivers of value, ensuring they are well positioned to achieve strong outcomes.

Alex joined Gunner & Co. in 2024, bringing a client-focused mindset shaped by his earlier experience in technology retail. He holds a first-class honours degree in Business Management.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys staying active through football and golf, and spending time with family, including his dog, Loki.
