Wilton Group has purchased Bespoke Trustees and Bespoke Investments, a County Louth based pensions and investment manager.
As a result of the acquisition, Wilton hopes to expand its offering into the European Union.
Tony Flanagan, Wilton’s founder and group CEO, commented:
‘We remain dedicated to ensuring that we administer pension investments cleanly and safely as we continue to provide one of the most competitive services in the market.
“We are committed to good customer outcomes and will particularly focus on fair pricing and customer choice for available investment offerings.”
John McDonnell, Bespoke’s managing director, added: ‘This is an exciting new chapter for Bespoke: as part of Wilton, we now have the backing required to achieve all our goals in the next crucial phase of our development, providing unrivalled service levels as we grow.
“We truly believe that this acquisition will significantly improve and expand on our existing pension and investment offering for our current and future customers.”
The deal follows on from numerous acquisitions by Wilton Group, including the purchases of Hartley SAS, The Lifetime SIPP, Greyfriars Asset Management, Guinness Mahon, Berkeley Burke and Guardian Pensions.
